Green Energy Technology (GET) was invested by San-Chih Semiconductor thru equity investment of Tatung into San-Chih, incorporated in July, 2004. Total paid-in Capital is 750 million dollars. Main products are wafer for 125*125 or 156*156mm, thickness from 325um to 200um multi-crystal silicon wafers. We also make single crystal ingot and wafers, and special requirements.

GET's Initial capacity is 25-30MW wafers in May, 2005 with 13 furnaces, band saws, and wire saws. Additional 7 furnaces were installed in July, 2006 and boosted annual capacity to 40-50 MW. In the end of 2006, total 26 furnaces created 80-90MW capacity, which leads GET as the top 1 solar wafer provider in Taiwan.
